Directions: Auction will be held on the farm located at 7865 LIV 520, Chillicothe, Missouri. From the north end of Chillicothe, travel west on Highway 190 for 5.5 miles to State Hwy A. Turn right or north on Hwy A for 1.5 miles, then right or east on LIV 520 for .5 mile to the farm. Signs will be posted on sale day.

The Torrey Property will be sold in 1 individual tract for a “Lump Sum”, total dollar amount.

Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale, with the balance due in approx. 30 days on or before Friday, August 7, 2020 upon delivery of a clear title. 

Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder shall enter into a written agreement with the sellers.The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing.
