LOCATION
Auction to be held at the Tong's place of business (The Roadhouse) directly east of Jasper, MO. Jasper, MO is located approximately 12 miles north of Carthage, MO or 35 miles south of Nevada, MO.
From Interstate 49/71 take exit 66 and head east on Hwy K (Thorn Road) a short distance to the auction location. Auction signs posted sale day.

Steve and Shelly Tong have made the decision to retire from farming and pursue other dreams. He and his family owned and operated a John Deere dealership for 20+ years, as well as ‘Jasper Stone’, a calcium carbonate quarry, which has recently been sold. Some items featured in this auction have been used from Steve’s previous business ‘Jasper Stone’, and on Tong Farms. This auction features an outstanding line of late-model equipment. Every item sells absolute – without reserve and NO on-site buyer’s premium!

TERMS & BUYER REGISTRATION
All items must be settled for in full day of auction. Buyer registration will be video taped and Photo ID required. In addition to sale day, buyers will be able to pre-register the day before the auction from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (CST). This will allow buyers to get their bid number, preview the offering and beat the morning sale day rush! Announcements sale day take precedence. Not responsible for accidents, errors, or omissions. LOAD OUT
Auction personnel will be available to assist with load out sale day and Friday, December 20th. All items need to be removed in 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made.
