AUCTION VENUE: Sale to be held onsite - 29656 Jucco Dr., Brookfield, MO 64628

Due to the death of Russell Stufflebean, we will sell the following at the farm located 5 miles east of Brookfield. From Brookfield, travel east on Highway 36 for 3.5 miles to Jucco Road (Brookfield Tractor). Turn south on Jucco Road for 1 mile to sale location. Auction signs posted sale day!

Mark your calendars now for this great real estate, equipment, and tool auction. This will be a LARGE sale with two auction rings part of the day. Bring a friend. Bring your trailers. Impossible to list it all. Russell worked for many years as a surveyor for MoDOT and later as a boilermaker. His combined careers and hobby of attending area auctions allowed him to assemble a very large collection of tools and construction items. Lunch and restrooms will be available on the grounds. Not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions. All announcements sale day take precedence. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to seeing you February 25th for the Russell Stufflebean Estate Auction.

The Russel Stufflebean land is located approximately 5 miles east of Brookfield, MO and is further described as being located in Section 15 T57N•R19W of Yellow Creek Township, Linn County, MO.

32 acres ± located just 5 miles from Brookfield. Be sure to take a look, as these small acreages are difficult to find. Property will feature a 2 bed/2 bath "cabin style" home built in 1980. The main floor gives a very rustic log cabin feel with a large wood stove in the family room, eat-in-kitchen, master bedroom, and full bath with a porch outside overlooking a stocked pond. The majority of the second floor is unfinished giving it many options for a buyer and there is also an overlooking loft for a potential office or sewing room. This solid home could use some updates and few minor repairs, but certainly move-in ready. The property also features a 50’x80’ shop building with poured concrete flooring and large doors. This building was made to pull large equipment inside, having 15’ side walls and also removable horse stall pens with tack room.

Perfect acreage to start your hobby farm, country living, recreation, deer and turkey habitat, incredible build site options, and the list goes on!  Please contact the auction firm to view the property.
