Due to the passing of Mrs. Frances Miller, the following real estate and personal property will be sold at public auction. From Chillicothe, travel South on Highway 65 for 16 miles to Highway J. Travel East on Highway J for 7 miles to Hale. Travel North on Highway 139 for 4 blocks to Fourth Street. Turn West on Fourth Street a short distance to sale location. Follow auction signs on day of sale. Note: This will be a large auction with many items to be unpacked the day of the auction. Impossible to list it all!
