Washington St./Hwy 65, go east on Ryan Lane (Chillicothe post office) for 3 blocks to sale location. Elks lodge entry and parking on the south end of the building. Follow auction signs on sale day!

METHOD & TERMS

Sale Method: The Miller properties will each be sold individually for a “lump sum” total dollar amount. Properties will be sold in as-is condition and are not contingent upon buyer's financing, condition of properties, appraisals, inspections, or any type of contingencies.

Purchase Agreement: At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller and pay ten percent (10%) of the bid price as a non-refundable down payment, payable to Harvest & Home Title Company, which shall hold the money in escrow until closing.  ​

Closing: The balance of the bid price will be due at the time of closing in approximately 30 days, on or before Tuesday, February 28, 2023, which will take place at Harvest & Home Title Company. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2023 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Title company closing costs will be divided equally between buyer & seller. Possession will be transferred to buyer at the time of closing.
