Said surveyed acres will be used to constitute the final settlement price. Per court order, Tracts 1-3 will be offered through the “Buyers Choice” auction method, whereas the high bidder can purchase, in any order, any or all the Tracts 1-3 for their high bid. Auctioning will continue in that manner until all 3 tracts have been sold. Tracts 1-3 will then be combined and Tract 4 will be offered in its entirety. Whichever sales price of the two offerings is higher in total, will determine the successful bidder(s) or bidder. Closing: The balance of the bid price will be due at the time of closing in approximately 30 days, on or before Monday, April 8, 2024, which will take place at Harvest & Home Title.
