Having made the decision to downsize to a smaller home, we will sell the following for Dr. Jerry and the late Rose Lee Davis. Dr. Davis was a long time Dentist in the Chillicothe area having practiced his passion for over 38 years.  He and his wife, Rose Lee, were great supporters of their church, their schools, and the community and are well known throughout the area. Jerry and Rose Lee were meticulous caretakers of their home and household items. Lunch and restrooms will be available on the grounds. Not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions. METHOD & TERMS

The Davis property will be sold for a “Lump Sum” total dollar amount. Property will be sold in as-is condition and is not contingent upon buyer's financing, condition of property, appraisal, inspection, or any of contingencies. 

At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller and pay a $10,000 deposit as a non-refundable down payment, payable to Staton Abstract & Title Co., which shall hold the money in escrow until closing.

The balance of the bid price will be due at the time of closing in approximately 30 days, on or before Tuesday, May 31, 2022, which will take place at Staton Abstract & Title Co. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Title Company closing costs will be divided equally between buyer & seller. Possession will be transferred to buyer at the time of closing.
