LOCATION

The following will be sold live onsite at the Chillicothe Fabrication Machine Shop. The facility is located just ½ block off Washington Street in Chillicothe, MO, directly behind Johnson Rentals on the south side of the viaduct. Chillicothe is conveniently located approximately 130 miles south of Des Moines, IA; 120 miles west of Hannibal, MO; and 100 miles northeast of Kansas City, MO. Auction signs will be posted on sale day.

This auction offers an excellent opportunity to purchase quality fabrication machinery and equipment not commonly found outside of large industrial facilities. The auction will be conducted live onsite, with live online bidding available on select items. Every item sells absolute, with no reserve and no onsite buyer’s premium!

Please note that certain pieces of shop equipment cannot be loaded by auction personnel due to weight and other restrictions. However, third-party crane services may be available by appointment. Buyers will be responsible for arranging removal of these items within 30 days of the auction. Lunch and restrooms will be available on the grounds.
