If the high bidder elects only one of the tracts, the remaining tract will then be sold. The tracts will NOT be offered together at the conclusion of the auction.

The Bradley property will be sold for a “lump sum” total dollar amount per Tract. If Tracts 1-2 are purchased by two separate buyers’, a survey will be completed prior to the closing on all tracts at the expense of the seller. 


Purchase Agreement: At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller and pay a $10,000 deposit as a non-refundable down payment, payable to Professional Land Title Co., which shall hold the money in escrow until closing.

The balance of the bid price will be due at the time of closing in approximately 30 days, on or before Tuesday, April 5, 2022, which will take place at Professional Land Title Co. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
