LOCATION

Due to the passing of Howard and Marcella Baker, we will sell the following at the farm located at 12237 CR 261, Hale, MO. From Chillicothe, travel south on Hwy 65 for 16 miles to CR 120 (at Tina-Avalon School), then turn east on CR 120 for 1 mile to CR 261, turn right or south to the sale location. From Carrollton, travel 15 miles north on Hwy 65 to CR 120. Auction signs posted on sale day!

AUCTIONEERS NOTE: 

Howard and Marcella Baker were well known throughout the Livingston and Carroll County areas, having served the community in the insurance business for over 48 years while also being lifelong farmers. This will be one of those good old-fashioned LARGE farm sales, featuring items accumulated over generations on the family farm. Plan to attend and spend the day with us as we offer this unique opportunity to purchase a lifetime collection from a respected local farm family. TERMS & BUYER REGISTRATION

All items must be settled for in full day of auction. Buyer registration will be video recorded and Photo ID required. Cash, valid check, and credit/debit cards will be accepted. All purchases made with a credit/debit card will have a 3% merchant fee added to the total.

Antique and collectible items will begin selling at 9:30 AM. We will run two auction rings for part of the day, so be sure to bring a friend or family member. Guns and machinery will sell at approximately noon.
