LOCATION

Due to the passing of Ms. Kara Austin, the following will be sold at the farmhouse located 3.5 miles south of Utica, MO (6971 Liv 418, Ludlow, MO). From Chillicothe, travel west on US Highway 36 for 6 miles to State Highway C (Utica Junction), then turn south on Highway C for 3.5 miles to Liv 418 and the sale location. Auction signs posted on sale day!
